I am The Pushbike PA, an admin expert, roving PA (Personal Assistant) and office systems guru. I offer be-‘spoke’ (bespoke) business support, travelling on my pushbike, to small businesses, artists, writers, or any business who is too busy to pick up the phone and find someone to help them!

I am based in Penzance but am willing to travel. I also offer virtual PA work and pride myself on my clear and prompt communication skills.
