Hello,

I am Nicolle Mitchell ITEC Dip, CThA, MFHT, award winning holistic massage therapist, trainer, story massage instructor & therapeutic parent.

I have been practising holistic massage since 1998, building a successful general practice & specialising in treating people who live with dementia. I train other bodyworkers, therapists & professionals working in the field of dementia how “To Massage People who have Dementia”. I developed this unique & profound course which I deliver across the UK, winning an award in Excellence in Innovation and being a finalist for an Inspiration Award.

I deliver treatments to people in my community who cannot access my clinic, & deliver workshops around massage, sensory exploration & Story Massage. Story Massage is a powerful way to combine story telling with positive touch between children or within families & communities to improve relationships, connection & learning. I collaborate with community groups to help people heal from trauma & domestic abuse, help schools use new ways to enhance their learning environment and empower people with extra needs explore their potential and improve quality of life.

I am passionate about health, empowering & supporting people towards their goals through improved lifestyle choices, education & fabulous massage.
