Influence Planning is my Planning Consultancy. I am a Technical Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and an elected member of its General Assembly.

I have a proven record of success in representing private, residential and commercial development clients, public authorities and communities, in every aspect of the planning process.

I carry the respect of colleagues in the private and public sector due to his excellent legislative and policy knowledge. My advocacy and negotiation skills are widely admired.

Influence Planning has an established reputation amongst Cornwall’s landowner, development and commercial community. We also provide bespoke training in planning issues to associated professionals.  I am a member of the Country Landowners Association and Federation of Small Businesses.
