Emma's bio
The reason behind creating Never Mind the Burdocks is to educate people in a better understanding of nature, survival and how we can protect nature and ourselves for the future. The more we understand the better equiped we are.
When you harvest wild food, only take what you can consume, leave plenty behind for wildlife to survive through harsh winters, etc and never damage or destroy and plant, animal or habitat. If you wish to uproot anything, you must have the landowners permission and only ever take roots of plants that are in plentitude. If you are harvesting shoots, leave plenty behind for the plants to keep growing and photosynthesizing. Use your common sense – leave the earth as you found it. The more people who understand this, the better.
